Parrie’s portfolio brings fashion collections, design development and writing into an editorial website. The source work remains the focus, with layouts built around the material available for each project.
Project pages include original development evidence as well as final outcomes. Examples include fabric and body drawings, form derivation, specification sheets and sample catalogues. These additions let a visitor follow the thinking behind a collection rather than seeing only a cover image or a finished photograph.
Articles can include source images, captions and complete research PDFs. The site keeps author and coauthor information with those documents. Responsive image versions support reading on smaller screens, and the article layout gives text a controlled reading width rather than stretching it across the full display.
Astro builds the site from reusable components and structured content. The opening uses a timed sequence of original images and repeated name rows before resolving into a collage. Collection indexes, project stories and article pages then use their own layouts, including a simpler normal-flow collection heading on mobile.
