Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you input into our apps (such as expense records in Expensease).

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create or upload.

Backup: While we strive to protect your data, we recommend maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Financial Disclaimer (Expensease): Expensease is a personal expense tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

If you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms of service. In case of conflict, the app store terms take precedence for matters related to app distribution.

• You may stop using our services at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• You may export your data before termination where applicable

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our apps or website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
