Bora Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SubTrac - Subscription Tracker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

SubTrac is built with privacy as a core principle. Here is what you should know:

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Subscription details (name, price, billing cycle, category)
• Currency preferences and exchange rate cache
• App settings (theme, reminder preferences, base currency)
• Notification schedules

All of this data is stored entirely on your device using a local SQLite database and AsyncStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

SubTrac does not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Analytics or usage tracking data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Financial account information (bank details, credit cards)

SubTrac does not display advertisements and does not use any analytics or tracking SDKs. There are no third-party services collecting data through the app.

SubTrac makes the following network requests, none of which transmit personal data:

• Currency exchange rates — fetched from frankfurter.app to convert subscription amounts between currencies. Only the currency codes are sent.
• App update check — a version check against our server to notify you of available updates. No personal data is included.

Local-Only Storage: All your subscription data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your data.

No Account Required: SubTrac does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.

You can export your subscription data as JSON or CSV at any time from within the app. This data is shared directly from your device using your chosen sharing method and does not pass through our servers.

SubTrac uses the following third-party services:

• frankfurter.app — open-source currency exchange rate API. Learn more
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for app distribution

SubTrac is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require any personal data to function.

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage
• Export your data at any time using the built-in export feature
• Request information about any data we may hold about you (we hold none)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
